Real talk. I’ve been in a lot of rooms lately. Few felt like this one.
Teachers, support staff, organizers and union folks still choosing the bigger “we” while carrying pressures most people never see. Still showing up for young people. Still showing up for each other.
I left grateful. And steadier than when I walked in.
Thank you to NEAleadership, staff and rank-and-file members for trusting me with your space and your people. I know what that means. I don’t take it lightly.
